This man was just standing there at the Hyde Park Speaker's Corner a few years back (2001?) for a very long time. I think he was waiting for people to stop before he would speak. If that is what he was doing, it was not very effective. No one stopped while I was there. Still, he stood on his ladder with his back perfectly straight and stayed very still. He had a message, I am sure. Maybe he is still there waiting.
